Your Profile: The Spiritual Seeker

Your mind is focused on all things spiritual.

Whether you are spending your time pondering God’s love, seeing His handiwork in the world around you, or serving others in His name, He is at the forefront of your thoughts. Because you are a spiritual seeker, odds are that you have come from a place where you felt distant from God, then felt the distinct difference of His presence, and decided you wanted more of it. You want that feeling of peace to stay with you at all times, and so you devote much of your mental energy to all things spiritual. While you may still feel distant from Him at times, you know God is always there, and you trust His role in your life. You feel peace knowing that you don’t have to forge through this life alone.

The challenge for Spiritual Seeker might be wondering if you are doing what He needs you to do. You may have such a strong desire to serve Him and build His kingdom that you feel anxious about whether you are fully doing your part. You may feel anxious about discovering your higher purpose.

The task for the Spiritual Seeker is to regularly ask the question “what does God need me to do to help build His kingdom here on earth?” He has sent you here for a purpose, and your life experiences have led you to this moment. Consider how you can bring in work, recreation, and relationships into your daily life to more fully deepen your relationship with God.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jaycie Voorhees, Music Therapist and Business Life Coach. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, and am “one of those people” who absolutely loves the work that I do. Imagine that!

My natural energy and zest for life has enabled me to accomplish so many life dreams, including running a successful therapy practice, raising 4 children, and traveling with my family. However, my constant drive for achievement has often left me overwhelmed and burned out in the process of growth.

Through a great deal of introspection, personal work, and practical application, I am grateful to say that I have learned how to maintain my energy and zeal, while also enjoying the simple joy and breathtaking awe that is alive in every step of my journey.

My passion now is helping other female entrepreneurs achieve the same place of peace, clarity, and true joy as they pursue their dreams and live the life they love.
